Geyserclean was founded by Ian McAlister and has been cleaning exteriors across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties for fourteen years. The team is five strong with three vans on the road, and everyone is directly employed, so the crew that quotes your job is the crew that turns up to do it.
We work on everything from Victorian mid-terraces with awkward rear-garden access to large detached properties with extensions, alongside long-standing commercial contracts. One facilities management client has worked with us for seven years across numerous projects.
What we do not do is inflate the story. We hold no trade body memberships, so you will not find borrowed badges on this site. The track record is fourteen years of work and a consistent five-star review pattern going back more than seven of them.
How we work
Method first, every time
- Steam or softwash selected by the age, make and profile of the surface
- Roof packages include gutter clearing, fascia and window cleaning as standard
- Driveways re-sanded with kiln-dried sand; sealing not generally offered due to UK weather
- Three storeys as standard, with MEWPs, cherry pickers and tower scaffolding beyond
- Planting and garden areas protected, and the site tidied thoroughly
- Progress photos throughout, and anything we find flagged straight away

Guarantees are specific and deliberately narrow: 3–5 years no-moss on roof cleaning and 2 years on render, both with optional low-cost retreatment. There is no blanket workmanship guarantee: the work is signed off as complete on the day, and the moss guarantees cover the result over time.

Clean it properly, or don't touch it
Our standard is simple: the method has to suit the surface, and the result has to last.
Exterior surfaces are not all the same, and treating them as if they were is how roofs get damaged and render gets eroded. Before anything is switched on, we look at the age, make and profile of the surface and choose steam cleaning or softwashing accordingly. Render is predominantly softwashed; heavy organic staining gets a gentle steam washdown rather than brute pressure.
We would rather tell you a job does not need doing, or needs doing differently, than sell you a clean that shortens the life of your property. If we find loose tiles, failed pointing or a leak while we are up there, you hear about it the same day, with photographs.
Every quote sets out the method and any guarantee in writing, is valid for 30 days, and carries no obligation. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, or cash.
