Exterior cleaning in Buckinghamshire
Our home county, from the Milton Keynes estates to the older stone and render properties across the Vale.
We work in Buckinghamshire
Buckinghamshire is where Geyserclean is based and where most of our work happens. Our yard is in Stony Stratford, on the north-west edge of Milton Keynes, which puts Buckingham, Newport Pagnell, Winslow, Aylesbury, Amersham and the villages between them inside a comfortable working radius for all three vans.
Getting to you
We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and quote most Buckinghamshire properties, often from photographs where the building is straightforward. Being county-based means we are not adding travel time to your price or fitting you around a job two counties away.
Property types we know here
The county's housing stock is unusually varied and we clean all of it: 1970s and 1980s Milton Keynes estates with concrete interlocking tiles, new-build silicone render in Aylesbury Vale and Buckingham's expansions, Victorian and Edwardian brick terraces in the older market towns, and period stone, flint and clay-tiled cottages in the Chilterns and along the Ouse valley.
What Buckinghamshire usually needs
Roof moss removal is the single biggest request across Buckinghamshire, driven by shaded plots and mature tree cover. Render softwashing runs a close second on the newer estates, followed by driveway cleaning and re-sanding on block-paved frontages, and annual gutter clearance on anything surrounded by trees.
Services available in Buckinghamshire
Every service below is delivered across Buckinghamshire by our own directly employed staff, working out of the Stony Stratford yard rather than subcontracted out. On county work the most common combination is roof cleaning with gutter clearance, because a shaded Buckinghamshire roof and a tree-lined gutter run tend to fail in the same season.

Local conditions
What causes the problems in Buckinghamshire
Tree cover and shaded plots
Much of Buckinghamshire is genuinely wooded, and the county's estate planting has matured. Shaded, slow-drying roofs and north-facing render carry heavier moss and algae here than they do on open sites, and gutters fill twice a year rather than once.
Chalk, clay and mixed building ages
The county runs from Chiltern chalk to Ouse valley clay, and the building stock runs from handmade clay tile to modern concrete interlockers. One cleaning method across all of that would damage something: which is why the tile and the render type decide the method, not the diary.
New-build render on exposed estates
Buckinghamshire's recent housing growth has produced thousands of thin-coat rendered elevations. On exposed estate perimeters those walls green quickly on the shaded side and are frequently pressure-washed by well-meaning owners, which erodes the coating permanently.
Solar arrays and nesting birds
Solar PV is widespread across the county's newer housing, and the gap beneath the panels is prime nesting space. The result is repeat gutter blockages and fouling that no amount of cleaning fixes until the array is physically guarded.
Our process
How the job runs, start to finish
Step 1
Inspection
We assess the property, roof tile, render type, surface materials, gutter runs and access, in person wherever practical, or from clear photographs taken standing well back from the building.
Step 2
Diagnosis
The method is chosen for what is in front of us: steam, softwash or controlled pressure. You are told which we are using and why, and given a written, itemised quote valid for 30 days.
Step 3
Service execution
Planting, paving and glazing are protected, the work is carried out by our own directly employed team, and anything we find along the way is flagged as we go rather than after the fact.
Step 4
Verification
Gutters are flow-checked, surfaces are inspected in daylight and the work is walked with you or photographed end to end before the vans move.
Step 5
Completion and guarantee
The site is cleared and your invoice follows by email. Guarantee terms are confirmed in writing, with low-cost retreatment offered before the cover lapses rather than after.

Questions
Exterior cleaning in Buckinghamshire: FAQs
Do you cover the whole of Buckinghamshire?
Yes. From our Stony Stratford base we work across the county, Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Newport Pagnell, Winslow, Aylesbury and the surrounding villages, plus the neighbouring counties.
How quickly can you get to my Buckinghamshire property?
We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and being county-based means no long travel legs. Tell us when you call if a blocked gutter or leak is actively causing damage and we will prioritise it.
How much does roof cleaning cost in Buckinghamshire?
Roof cleaning starts from £795 + VAT, render from £295 + VAT per panel, driveways from £245 + VAT and gutter clearance from £120 + VAT for a standard semi. Every job is confirmed in a written quote valid for 30 days.
Can you quote without visiting?
Yes. Send your full address and photos taken standing far enough back to show the whole building. We prefer to visit where practical so the tile, render and access are assessed properly.
Do you clean period and listed properties?
We clean plenty of older Buckinghamshire stock. Handmade clay tile, flint and soft stone are steamed or softwashed at low pressure rather than lanced. Where a property is listed, consents are your responsibility and we will discuss method with you first.
Do you work with commercial clients in the county?
Yes: industrial estates, retail parks, offices and schools. We hold IPAF and PASMA qualifications, provide RAMS and method statements on request, and carry £5m public liability and £10m employer's liability cover.
Is there a guarantee?
Roof cleaning carries a 3–5 year no-moss guarantee and render cleaning a 2-year guarantee, both with low-cost retreatment available to extend the result.
Do you offer discounts for neighbours?
Yes. Neighbouring properties booking together get a discount, which works especially well on Buckinghamshire's closes and terraces.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer against an invoice, or cash. We do not currently take card payments.
Which nearby counties do you also cover?
Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire, all worked from the same Stony Stratford base.
