What we collect when you ask us for a quote, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Geyserclean: Exterior Cleaning Specialist is a owner-run exterior cleaning business run by Ian McAlister from 88 Milford Avenue, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes MK11 1HE. You can reach us on 07743 208204 or at ian@geyserclean.co.uk.
What we collect
When you complete an estimate form, call us or email us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and any description or photographs of the work you need. We do not collect payment card details; invoices are settled by bank transfer or cash.
Why we use it
We use your information to prepare and send your quote, to arrange and carry out the work, to raise invoices, and to answer questions afterwards, including any claim under a moss guarantee. We may contact you about a booking or a quote you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Quotes are valid for 30 days. We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to honour guarantees and to meet our accounting and tax obligations, and then delete them.
Photographs
We photograph work in progress so you can see what has been done and so we can flag anything we find. If we would like to use a photograph of your property to show our work publicly, we will ask you first, and you can ask us to stop using it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ian@geyserclean.co.uk and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
This website
Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which is served by Google and subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. Links to our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X profiles take you to those platforms, which handle your data under their own policies.
